GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RECEPTION AND KEY DELIVERY:
The meeting point and delivery of keys will be directly to the accommodation.
The loss of the keys carries a charge of 80 euros.

From 9:00 am to 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
SCHEDULE OF ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
From 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
By notifying 24 hours in advance, you can check in later after 9:00 pm and until 11:00 pm paying a surcharge of 25 euros.
After 11:00 pm, it will be considered NOT PRESENT.
At 10:00 am in the morning and no later than 11:00 am.
The client must inform the office of the expected departure time.
They will not be accepted as valid and the company is not responsible for on-line reservations made on the same day of entry later than 13:00 hours.
Note: For exceptional reasons, the company reserves the right to change apartments at the same price and with the same or higher characteristics.
At check-in, a deposit this will be requested after having verified the inventory and revision of the property.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Payment and credit card guarantee: At the time of booking, you will not always have to provide a credit card, which can be used for payment of the booking, and as a guarantee in case a client does not show up, or if on leaving the apartment no inventory material is found, or in case there is damage to the apartment.
When a client makes an on-line reservation, 30% will be charged to his credit card and he will receive a confirmation e-mail.

And pay 30% via bank transfer.
The remaining 70% will be charged on the day of check-in except in the summer season, from June 22nd to August 31st, when payment will be made 14 days before check-in.
You can cancel your reservation completely free of charge if you notify us more than 30 days in advance of the date of arrival at the apartment. In the case that 30% has been charged, it will be returned to the same credit card.
If the client cancels with less than 30 days and more than 14 days he will lose the 30% he had paid in advance.If you cancel with less than 14 days, you will have to pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
