The property is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is an independent fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor patio, and a dining room with large windows connecting to the private garden, where guests can enjoy outdoor meals and a barbecue.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with single beds, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.

The house is part of a community with a shared pool and garden areas, providing an additional space for relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

         2. Mandatory cleaning supplement : 230,00€.
         3. Tourist tax : Obligatory : 1€ per person over 16 years old.
         4. Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
