GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
RECEPTION AND HANDING OVER OF KEYS: The meeting point and handing over of keys will be directly at the accommodation.
The loss of the keys will incur a charge of 80 euros.

OFFICE HOURS: Avda. Costa Brava,34 17.250 Platja D'Aro (Girona)
The opening hours are: from 10:00 to 14:00 hours - 16:00 to 19:00 hours.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMETABLE OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
ENTRANCE: From 16:00 to 19:00 hours.
If you give 24 hours notice, you can check-in later after 21:00 hours and up to 23:00 hours paying a surcharge of 50 euros.
Later than 23:00 hours will be considered as NO SHOW for all purposes.
DEPARTURE: At 10:00 am.
The client must inform the office of the planned departure time.
BOOKINGS: Online bookings made after 13:00 hours on the day of arrival will not be accepted as valid and the company is not responsible for online bookings made after 13:00 hours.
Note: For exceptional reasons, the company reserves the right to change accommodation, for the same price and equal or superior characteristics.
DEPOSIT:The client will leave a security deposit in cash or credit card for the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be returned on departure in full except in the event of any defects in the flat, furniture or equipment, waste or situations of extreme dirtiness in the accommodation or in the bed linen and towels. The cost of restoring the flat to the condition it was in on arrival will be deducted from the amount of the deposit. If this amount is not sufficient to cover the damage caused, the agency reserves the right to take any legal action it deems appropriate.
PAYMENT TERMS: If you make the payment of the reservation on-line, 40% will be charged to your credit card and you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the payment.
You can also pay 40% by bank transfer to the following account number: IBAN ES42 0081 0157 7000 0210 2316.
The remaining 60% must be paid 15 days before your arrival except in the summer season, from June 22 to August 31, when payment will be made 30 days before check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellations:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge if you notify us more than 30 days before the check-in date.
If 40% has already been charged, the refund will be made to the same card or bank account used during the reservation.
Cancellations less than 30 days in advance:
In this case, you will lose 40% of the amount paid in advance.
We remind you that you can take out travel and cancellation insurance with us for greater peace of mind.
DATA PROTECTION: In compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data provided are incorporated and processed under the responsibility of GROUP VILLAS COSETTE, SL with CIF B55340558 and registered office at AV. COSTA BRAVA 32, 17250 PLATJA D'ARO, GIRONA and will be cancelled once the legally established period has elapsed. The purpose of the collection and processing of Personal Data is to be able to provide you with the services requested in this estimate, as well as to maintain the contractual relationship that may be established with GROUP VILLAS COSETTE, SL. In addition, the data provided may be used to keep you informed of commercial news and different promotional offers. Unless otherwise indicated, you give your express consent for your data to be used for the purposes indicated above. The data provided may be communicated, if necessary, to public administrations and any other entity in charge of processing in order to be able to fulfil the services contracted. GROUP VILLAS COSETTE, SL undertakes to process your data in a loyal, transparent, appropriate, pertinent, limited, exact and up-to-date manner and not to communicate or transfer this information to third parties, except when this communication is necessary or may lead to an improvement in the provision of the contracted services as indicated in the previous paragraph. The refusal to authorise such processing would imply the impossibility of fulfilling the services to which this contract refers. We also inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by writing to AV.
